Orders are shipped through authorized third-party courier partners selected based on reliability and service performance.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 7–8 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for selected PIN codes approved by our delivery partners.

COD availability is restricted to locations with a low Return-to-Origin (RTO) rate and may change without prior notice.

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
