Once an order is confirmed, packed, and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We request customers to carefully review the product details, quantity, and address before placing an order.

In the rare case of damaged or missing items due to courier handling, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos, so we can review the issue and provide possible assistance at our discretion.
