2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for selected locations where our delivery partners are approved and serviceable.

COD is enabled only for PIN codes with a consistently low Return-to-Origin (RTO) rate.

Availability of COD is decided solely by Minaxi Patel Gruh Udhyog and may change without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation

Prepaid orders are confirmed immediately after successful payment.

COD orders are processed only after order verification and approval.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails or serviceability changes.

4. Pricing & Charges

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Delivery charges, COD fees, or platform charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Any failed, pending, or duplicate payment amounts will be handled as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.

6. Refunds Related to Payments

As per our Return & Refund Policy, no refunds are applicable on successfully delivered orders.

Payment reversals, if applicable, are limited to verified technical errors only.

7. Security

All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store customers’ banking or card details.

8. Policy Updates
